AI models improvise when they don't know. Our agents don't. They operate on defined procedures and, when in doubt or facing an action with real consequences, they stop and escalate to a human instead of making up an answer.
Limits are in the code, not the instructions.
It's not a matter of trusting the model. It's a technical constraint. The agent can only do what its design allows. No natural language instruction can change that.
Everything is logged.
Every action executed by the agent is recorded: what it did, when, with what data, what result it produced and whether it required human confirmation. Queryable at any time.

The agent knows the company's inventory. Natural language queries, complete records with photo, stock status, price and supplier. When something is below minimum, it detects it and reports it. When you need a report, it generates it instantly: by category, by supplier, with charts. No exporting, no cross-referencing spreadsheets, no asking anyone.

Sales management
The agent locates the quote, extracts the data and detects that the client is not registered in the system. It doesn't improvise: it stops, informs, and waits for you to decide. Register the client, present the offer, update their data: you choose the action. The agent executes it. Everything is logged.

How is it different from Make, n8n or Zapier?
Those tools execute fixed steps. Ekimen is designed for real processes: more flexible, with defined limits and guaranteed execution.
What happens with my data?

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. The agent is operated in natural language. What requires technical judgment is the initial deployment, which we handle.
