  • Chatbot: Content of conversations with our web assistant, used to answer queries about the service.
  • Communications: If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep a record of that communication.

Automatically collected data

  • Technical information: IP address, browser type and operating system to ensure service security.
  • Web analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how users interact with the site. This tool does not use cookies and collects data anonymously.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Request management: Respond to information requests and schedule demonstrations.
  • Automated assistance: Provide immediate answers to platform queries through the chatbot.
  • Security: Protect the service against fraud and abuse.
  • Legal compliance: Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis

  • Consent: For contact form submissions and chatbot use.
  • Legitimate interest: For web analytics and service improvement.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with tax regulations and other applicable laws.

5. Data processors

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate the service:

  • Vercel: Hosting and web analytics. Servers in Europe.
  • Supabase: Database. Servers in Europe.
  • OVH: Dedicated server infrastructure. Servers in Europe.

All providers have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and operate within the European Economic Area.

6. Security

We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, security headers, isolated environments per client and periodic audits.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data is retained while a commercial or potential relationship exists. You can request deletion at any time.
